    haiz.. wad day! wad a stupid day spend at work!!! ganna complain by customer! but i didn't show temper or bein rude...i cant even believe tat i gt a complain without makin a mistake...haiz...guess y? i was takin an order from dis family...n their kids keep on sayin things while i was takin the order...den after takin order i WILL repeat it no matter wad n i WILL repeat it loudly enough for them to hear! but wen i was repeatin they didn't sae i miss a dish...and wen all the food came they sae:" O, wer is my 'snail' ?" ...i was in a blank... so i sae : "erm..i did repeat the order jus now but u'll nv stated i miss the dish.." guess wad the customer sae: " i tot i stated it while u are takin the order?" ...AHHH! all a long u didn't sae tat it ur kids! n u oso nv sae " ya, can i hav tat..." haiz..anyway customer are always correct so i did sae sorry..but to my shock i gt a complain! after they left...

    haiz i felt really suck workin there...i always try to help up wen ever i can..but wad i get in return? nth..no there is 1 thing i gt $$$$! hopeless...
